In this photo I'm enjoying being mindful in nature, one of my favourite places. It’s me being happy in my own skin, knowing how I want to spend my time and energy, and saying no to anything that doesn’t align with me or my values. I know my worth and my boundaries and will never again stay quiet or small or please others at my own expense.

It feels frickin amazing to be here, but let me be honest, it was a six year fight to get here.

Mindfulness was the grenade that resulted in my life blowing up six years ago, although I was the one who pulled the pin. Mindfulness gave me the awareness of where I was and helped me see where I wanted to be. It forced me to sit with all my thoughts and feelings and gave me a choice; stay here in the relative comfort and safety of my old life or rip it all apart and start afresh in search of true, deeply fulfilling passion and purpose.

My head screamed for the status quo and tried to convince me that no one is really happy, right? 

My heart had other ideas and longed to step out and claim all my biggest dreams to find purpose, ease, deep connection and adventure.

I did it, I pulled the pin and here I am on the other side, although I'm sure there's still more lessons and change to come. I’ve learned so much about myself and about the tools we can use to look inside and unlock the secrets to living the life we want to be here for, a life of no regrets. 

Now my aim is to share what I have learned with anyone who feels stuck, unhappy, lost or aimless. The ones that feel the pain or numbness of their current situation and are willing to use that to fuel change.

I have distilled what I have learned into a Mindful Vision Boarding course where I guide people through the process from identifying what makes their heart sing or sink to setting goals and then crucially removing the obstacles and activating these to move them from dreams to reality. 

I have been sharing this course with one to one clients for the last 18 months and the first clients have now completed the online course.  Thankfully no one has required a grenade, for most people it’s about course correcting and remembering who they are and what lights them up.
